Possibilities and conditions for delivery in the COUNTRY
Deliveries in the COUNTRY are performed through ECONT EXPRESS
STANDARD deliveries can be ordered up to 29 days in advance and are accepted no later than 15:29 on the previous working day.
CONDITIONS
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
For the small settlements without an ECONT office, the deliveries are according to a certain schedule of the courier. You can get accurate information about a specific location on 0884 829 368 or [email protected]
Deliveries are not performed on Sundays and public holidays.
FREE DELIVERY for orders over 70.00 BGN.
PAID DELIVERY for orders under 70.00 BGN is 13.00 BGN.
Free time intervals:
10:00 -18:00 - It can be chosen until 15:59 the day before.
* Free interval is not available for Saturday.
Paid time intervals valid only for settlements with an office of ECONT EXPRESS:
10:00 - 12:00 +3.00 BGN.
12:00 - 14:00+3.00 BGN.
14:00 - 16:00 +3.00 BGN.
16:00 - 18:00 +3.00 BGN.
10:00 - 13:00 +3.00 BGN. (this is the only Saturday interval)
Restrictions on small settlements
Settlements without an ECONT office can be serviced only on a schedule on certain days.
Paid time intervals are not applicable in small settlements. Please do not mark them if you know that the settlement does not have a courier office.
In case the selected delivery date is not possible, our employee will notify you.
Delivery process:
On the day of delivery, the recipient will receive an SMS from ECONT EXPRESS for upcoming delivery.
ECONT's couriers call as the address approaches. In case of unsuccessful contact with the recipient and his unsuccessful discovery of the address, it is possible that the shipment will remain for further delivery later or the next day.
IMPORTANT: The recipient has the right to order the return, rerouting or pick-up from the courier's office. This procedure is beyond our control.
Please note that deliveries with an external forwarding company have a risk of delay. Currently, delays are about 3% of all deliveries to the country!
In case of a problem with finding the recipient, we will notify you either via SMS or via a message to the specified E-mail address. In case of unsuccessful connection with the client and the recipient, the order will be kept in the central warehouse until re-ordered. Abandoned orders are stored temporarily according to the individual durability of each flower.
Upon successful delivery:
You will receive an e-mail indicating the changed status of your order to "DELIVERED".

In case of unsuccessful delivery:
You will receive an e-mail entitled "NOTE", where our employee will give you detailed information about problems with your order.
