Deadlines

Deliveries in Sofia are performed by personal couriers.

EXPRESS DELIVERIES on the same day are accepted until 17:29.

STANDARD deliveries can be ordered up to 29 days in advance

FREE DELIVERY for orders over BGN 70.00.

PAID DELIVERY for orders under BGN 70.00 is BGN 13.00.

Time intervals

Long time intervals:

10:00 - 18:00 - Can also be selected for EXPRESS until 09:59

Short time intervals:

09:00 - 12:00 +0.00 BGN.

Valid until 18:00 the day before

12:00 - 14:00 +0.00 BGN.

Valid until 11:45 on the same day

14:00 - 16:00 +0.00 BGN.

Valid until 13:45 on the same day

16:00 - 18:00 +0.00 BGN.

Valid until 15:45 on the same day

18:00 - 20:00 +5.00 BGN.

Valid until 17:30 on the same day

Remarks

The following deviations from the time intervals are possible:

At fixed paid intervals +/- 30 minutes

At free intervals +/- 30 minutes

Each time window has limits on the number of deliveries for a given day. On holidays and busy days, a fixed interval may not be possible a few days before the date.

Delivery process:

At the discretion of our employee or according to the notes in your order, our couriers can call the recipients to verify the specified address or to confirm that the recipient has the opportunity to accept the shipment.

In case of a problem with finding the recipient, we will notify you either via SMS or via a message to the specified E-mail address. In case of unsuccessful connection with the client and the recipient, the order will be kept in the central warehouse until re-ordered. Abandoned orders are stored temporarily according to the individual durability of each flower.

Holidays and reduced working hours:

On public holidays it is possible to have shortened time intervals compared to our working hours. These conditions are introduced into our system and it will not be possible to choose certain time zones.

NOTIFICATION AFTER DELIVERY

Upon successful delivery:

You will receive an e-mail indicating the changed status of your order to "DELIVERED".

*Please enter our email in the SPAM exceptions of your mail ([email protected])

You will also receive an SMS notification for a completed order.

* It is important that you have provided the correct telephone number to contact you, including the country code (example: +359 / +44 / +33 / +1)

In case of unsuccessful delivery:

You will receive an e-mail titled "NOTE", where our employee will give you detailed information about problems with your order.
