Watering: This plant requires regular watering, but not too much. The soil should be slightly moist, but not wet. It is better to water regularly, but in small amounts. Aglaonema requires less water in winter, when its growth slows down.

Repotting: Aglaonema does not require frequent repotting. This can be done when the roots become tight in the pot. The new pot should be larger to provide enough space for root growth. When repotting, it is recommended to use nutrient-rich soil substrate.

Fertilizing: This plant does not require a lot of fertilizing. It is enough to provide liquid fertilizer once a month during spring and summer. It is recommended to avoid fertilizing during the winter months when growth is slower.

Pests: Aglaonema can be affected by small insects such as spider mites or thrips. These pests can be eliminated with the help of insecticides.
